Refund policy
We want you to love your pieces — but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how to return it.
1. Return Eligibility
- You must request a Return within 14 days of your delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags attached.
- Damaged or altered items are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return:

2. Return Process
- Once approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you.
- The return label expires 14 days after issuance — please ship promptly.
- If shipped after label expiry, the return may be denied or require alternate shipping at your expense.
3. Return Fees & Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear.
- Returns that do not meet eligibility will not be refunded or returned.
4. International Orders
Due to customs regulations and logistical constraints, we do not accept returns on international orders. All international sales are final.
