– Return Authorization (RMA): To initiate a return, you must request a Return Authorization Number (RMA) within 14 days from the date of your order.
– Contact: Request an RMA by emailing sales@taangerinetiger.com with “RMA” in the subject line or calling +1 (818) 839-2063.
– Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and have all original tags attached. Damaged or altered items are not eligible for return.
– Upon approval, a return shipping label will be emailed to you. This label will expire 14 days from the date it is issued.
– Attach the provided label to your package and clearly write the Return Authorization Number (RMA) on the outside.
– Packages without a visible RMA on the exterior may be refused.
– A return shipping fee of $10 will be charged/deducted from your refund to cover processing costs.
– Faulty Items: Faulty items are eligible for a free return and replacement, subject to proof of defect.
– Refund Processing: Returns meeting the above guidelines will be refunded to the original payment method. Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be refunded or returned.
