– You must request a Return Authorization Number (RMA) within 30 days of placing the order.
– To obtain an RMA, please email sales@taangerinetiger.com with the subject line “RMA” or call +1(818)839-2063.
– Products must be returned in their original condition. Damaged items are not eligible for return.
– Once your return is processed, we will email you a return shipping label.
– Attach the provided label to your package.
– Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of your returned package.
– Packages without a visible RMA on the exterior will not be accepted.
– Returns meeting the above guidelines will be refunded to the original method of payment.
– Returns received outside these guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded.
