What is Taangerine Tiger?

Taangerine Tiger is a luxury resort wear label inspired by travel, culture, and the beauty of nature. Founded by Aarti Mahtani, the brand blends the vibrancy of Nigeria with the elegance of Indian craftsmanship — designed to move with you, from coast to city.

Where are your pieces made?

Each garment is designed and produced in Mumbai, India in small, thoughtful batches. We work closely with local artisans and boutique-scale ateliers to ensure quality, intention, and longevity in every piece.

Who is Aarti Mahtani?

Aarti Mahtani is the founder and creative director of Taangerine Tiger. Born in India and raised between Nigeria & England, her design perspective merges rich textile heritage with global fluidity — creating clothing that feels both personal and transportive.

Why is the community called the Taangerine Tribe?

The name is a nod to our Nigerian heritage, where tribal identity is deep, diverse, and proud. It's our way of honoring where we come from — and inviting you into our global community of bold hearts.

Can I try your clothing on before purchasing?

We occasionally host pop-ups and private events globally. Follow us on Instagram @officialtaangerinetiger or join our mailing list to stay in the loop.

What fabrics do you use?

We use, breathable fabrics such as chiffon, poplin, and cotton linen. Every fabric is chosen to reflect the ease and elegance of resort wear, while holding up beautifully over time.

How should I care for my Taangerine Tiger clothing?

Most pieces are best cared for with cold hand-washing or dry cleaning. Specific instructions are provided on each garment label. We always recommend treating your pieces gently — like the treasures they are.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery timelines will be shown at checkout. Duties and taxes may apply depending on your location.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery on unworn items with original tags. Just email sales@taangerinetiger.com with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the process.
