Each garment is designed and produced in Mumbai, India in small, thoughtful batches. We work closely with local artisans and boutique-scale ateliers to ensure quality, intention, and longevity in every piece.

Who is Aarti Mahtani?

Aarti Mahtani is the founder and creative director of Taangerine Tiger. Born in India and raised between Nigeria & England, her design perspective merges rich textile heritage with global fluidity — creating clothing that feels both personal and transportive.

Why is the community called the Taangerine Tribe?

The name is a nod to our Nigerian heritage, where tribal identity is deep, diverse, and proud. It's our way of honoring where we come from — and inviting you into our global community of bold hearts.
